Rich took care of my wife's sporttrac which needed tires. An appointment was not available prior to her departure, but a cancelation and Rich remembering her trip called and took care of vehicle. That was greatly appreciated and I will be back with fusion sport for new shoes

Swapped from summer to winter tires on my Nissan. . They were fast and courteous. A cost effective and convenient alternative to going to Traverse City.

Great service, trustworthy, and reliable. Been coming here 3 years, most recently to get my daughter’s Honda repaired. Couldn’t be happier with this business. Thank you!

Was referred here and could not be more satisfied with the customer service as well as the quality of work. Randy was down to earth and told me what I needed and now he has a customer for life. Definitely a great experience and I would highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here. Looking forward to getting my winter tires in a few months! Thanks for everything you guys!

Went out of their way to make a tire change as check as possible even when I didn't have a specific appointment time.
